2026 Fresh Chicken Dates

We love to offer you fresh, pasture-raised chicken every season!

Our chickens are only raised seasonally, outdoors during pasture season from May through October. During this time, the chickens enjoy fresh grass, forage for insects, and benefit from the nutrients nature provides.

We raise 8 batches of chickens spread across the season. After the processing of a batch, we offer our chicken fresh for purchase before stocking up our freezers.

Below are the dates for when we will have fresh chicken available for purchase this year. First is a list for market dates, followed by the dates for our Home Delivery clients in the Ottawa-Gatineau area.

Please place orders by 10AM two days BEFORE the delivery day (i.e. For a June 26th delivery, the deadline to place orders is by 10am on June 24th).
